Moisture Resistant (MR) Commercial Grade Plywood

Made under stringent quality norms, this versatile ready to use Plywood is the preferred choice for wood work.

It is ideal for use in hot & humid climatic conditions, where there is lot of moisture in the air. This commercial plywood is made from seasoned hardwood core bonded with Urea Melamine Formaldehyde under computer controlled temperature and pressure. It is fully powder proof, termite and moisture resistant, re-usable and therefore very economical.

Suggested Areas of Application: All kinds of interiors applications. Exquisitely designed for use in furniture, cupboards, wardrobes ceiling, panelings and packaging. 

Boiling Water Resistant (BWR) Grade-Phenol Bonded Plywood

Eltee's BWR Plywood is made core bonded with high quality Phenol Formaldehyde Resin. It is then passed through a chemical impregnation treatment under high temperature and vacuum pressure. The result is a high quality ply that can resist boiling water, cold water, climate variations and of course-powder and termite attacks.

It does not delaminate even when immersed in hot water for more than 8 hours. It is therefore ideal for use in hot, humid and moisty locations.

Our Commercial plywood is made from selected core and veneers.High density rubber wood core and keriung/gurjan face veneer is used to manufacture the plywood. Urea Formaldehyde resin having 50% solid content is used to make the plywood very strong. Regular tests are conducted to maintain the quality.
